The School of Tourism and Hospitality culinary team prepared a four course menu, expertly paired with
Barton wines. The dinner was hosted at the Waterford Restaurant with 75 people in attendance; mostly our regular food and wine lovers and some new faces.
The Barton Wine Estate is set on the gentle slopes of the Kogelberg overlooking the
Botriver Valley to Walker Bay with olive groves, essential oil plantations and
villas. The frost-free climate and exposure to the cool sea breezes ensures
that exceptional award-winning wines are produced.
